2.2 Registration Accuracy
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. ag777 will use your registered mobile number as the primary means of account authentication and security notifications. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one ag777 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different devices, or using proxy registration methods — is strictly prohibited. Where ag777 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, balances may be confiscated, and the player may be permanently banned from the platform.
2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions
Players accessing ag777 from jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to register or use the platform. ag777 implements technical measures to restrict access from certain territories but does not guarantee complete exclusion. 3.1 Account Security

You must notify ag777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
3.2 Account Activity
All activity on your ag777 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been performed by you unless you have notified ag777 of a security breach in accordance with clause 3.1 prior to the relevant activity occurring. ag777 reserves the right to void any transactions that are identified as having been made without the genuine authorisation of the registered account holder.
3.3 Account Inactivity
An ag777 account that has been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months — meaning no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — will be classified as dormant. ag777 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule communicated to players via email prior to any deduction. Players may reactivate dormant accounts by contacting ag777 support and completing any required reverification.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals from ag777 are subject to the following conditions: (a) the player's KYC verification must be complete and satisfactory; (b) the requested withdrawal amount must not exceed the available real-money balance in the player's account; (c) withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent qualifying deposit, except where ag777 expressly permits alternative withdrawal routing; (d) minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the ag777 Cashier section.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Anti-Money Laundering Notice: ag777 is required to conduct anti-money laundering (AML) checks on all transactions. 10.1 Termination by Player

10.3 Effect of Termination

Any real-money balance in a terminated account will be handled in accordance with ag777's regulatory obligations and the specific reason for termination. Balances in accounts terminated for cause (e.g., fraud, bonus abuse) may be forfeited in whole or in part. Balances in accounts terminated for non-cause reasons will be returned to the player through the standard withdrawal process following completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.
ag777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, ag777 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email, in-platform notification, or publication of an updated version of this page with a revised effective date. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the ag777 platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with clause 10.1.
These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the ag777 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ag777 holds its international gaming licence ("the Licence Jurisdiction").
In the event of a dispute between you and ag777, you should first contact ag777's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. ag777 will endeavour to resolve complaints within five (5) business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the customer support level, it will be escalated to ag777's compliance team for formal review.
Unresolved complaints may be submitted to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by ag777's licensing authority. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Licence Jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through the above procedures, and you waive any objection to such jurisdiction on the grounds of inconvenience.
These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit or exclude any non-excludable statutory rights.
